I recently took my F90 M5 Competition to Ninetailz Motorsports for window tinting and a full-car color PPF, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My car had a frozen satin black paint job with existing chips, so I was looking for a solution that would not only protect the paint but also refresh its look. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Ji, the owner, was incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the differences in materials, walk me through all the color options, and clearly set expectations for what the final product would look like. His communication was excellent, and I received prompt updates every step of the way, which I truly appreciated. The team at Ninetailz Motorsports worked incredibly hard, and their exceptional quality of work really shines through. The color PPF was applied flawlessly, completely transforming the look of my M5 and covering those previous chips seamlessly. The attention to detail is evident, and my car looks absolutely stunning. I cannot appreciate Ji and his team enough for their dedication and the fantastic job they did. Ji and his crew are top notch.  They really went the extra mile to ensure my vision was executed, and the result was amazing work with a true attention to detail.  When discussing the layout and process, I immediately recognized Ji as a man who takes his craft seriously.  I will definitely be going back to get our truck done next. *UPDATE*  I've just completely more work with Ji and I have to say, this guy is a man of his word. I�m very pleased with my full PPF wrap and window tint on all windows from Ninetailz. I dropped off my 2026 Model Y on Wednesday afternoon and picked up the car on Friday afternoon. Ji and I communicated via text a few times before meeting in person for the consultation. He gave me a very competitive quote which helped convince me to go with Ninetailz. During the consultation he showed me examples of what he was describing and explained things really well. He won my confidence and I agreed to go with his service. I wish I had more cars to send him. In today's auto industry it is really hard to find honest shops that truly care for your needs and don't try to rip you off, Ninetailz Motorsports is a shop I will trust and do future business with going forward. Ji and his team are nothing short of professionals and great people to work with. Ji's knowledge and communication is second to none! I had my GR86 in for tint and full front end PPF. Ji answered all my questions and concerns pre and post installation. I am extremely happy with the end result and the PPF has already saved the paint on my front bumper from a big piece of wood falling off a truck on the freeway. Could not be happier and will always bring my car to Ji and his team. If anyone is on the fence on where to get work done for tint and PPF look no further and give them a call. Wow! I just got a full front PPF and ceramic tint done by Ninetailz Motorsports and am beyond happy with the results. As a car enthusiast that cares deeply about protecting my vehicles, I can safely say Ji and John know what they are doing and pay very close attention to detail on all of their customer's jobs. When I first reached out to Ji, he provided multiple tiers of options for the PPF and tint films as well as very fair pricing. Once I selected which options I wanted, scheduling and dropping my car off was very smooth. My particular service required the car be left at the shop for approximately 1.5-2 days but the shop is very secure and the waiting room is the nicest I've seen compared to other automotive businesses or even car dealerships. My Hyundai Elantra N has a very complex and unique front bumper so I had some reservations on how the front would turn out with the PPF but upon inspection, all of the edges and panels that were covered looked very clean and sharp. They also provide a complimentary "check up" service 1-2 weeks after your PPF installation to ensure their work is secure and to touch up any spots that may need to be addressed. I went with the Rayno Onyxhield EX9 film that came with great recommendations and a 10 year warranty against discoloration, separation, cracking, or waves/pinholes. They covered the front bumper, full hood, full fenders, headlights, foglights, and side mirrors. For the window tint, I went with 35% of XPEL Prime XR Plus nano ceramic tint on all windows except the front windshield. They also protected the rear portion of my side skirts since I have young children and wanted to have a little extra scuff protection in those spots. If you're considering protecting your investment and/or need to get your windows tinted, look no further than Ninetailz Motorsports. Ji is AMAZING! I love when I am recommended rather than sold to. I never once felt pushed to do anything and I was able to comfortably make a choice which is always important to any consumer! The service was incredible and very very efficient. Whether you get a wrap or a PPF, you�re paying a good amount of money and experience is everything, and with Ninetailz Motorsports, I could not be happier! My Model Y is well protected and no one can tell it is protected by film, which is what I WANTED! I also tinted my car all around and I can tell that it was done with patience and care.
