I was referred to this place by a family member when I was looking to tint my windows. Ji was very quick to respond through Yelp when I asked for quotes and was able to make a last minute appointment for the following day. The location is easy to find and staff was very receptive when I arrived. My car was finished in just over an hour and the tint looks amazing! Will definitely be back in the future!

Took my 2026 BMW G87 M2 to Ninetailz for PPF/tint and they did a phenomenal job with it! Ji, the owner, provided excellent customer service and was extremely friendly and flexible with schedules. Ji was extremely honest about what I should get in terms of types of tint/PPF and didn’t try to upsell at all which I really appreciated. Communication was also great with updates on the progress of the car! I would highly recommend anyone to get their tint/PPF done at this professional establishment!

Ji and his brother definitely know what they're doing. Their wealth of knowledge about their products and years of experience gave me the confidence that I didn't want to take my car anywhere else for tint and PPF. Nowadays, it's rare to find people who truly go above and beyond in their work, but Ji and his brother exceeded my expectations. They provided outstanding customer service, were honest and upfront from the very beginning, and made the entire experience stress-free. Their focus is on providing excellent customer service, making sure every customer leaves satisfied with a smile, and taking pride in the quality of their work. You can recognize their dedication and hard work the moment you meet them. A perfect example of this happened when I was leaving their shop. I noticed a small dry water mark on one of my windows. I could have easily cleaned it myself at home, but I didn't want to accidentally mess anything up, so I went back and asked if they could take a look. Ji's brother came out immediately, cleaned the mark, and then, just to be sure, gave all the windows and even the body of the car a quick wipe-down to make sure they hadn't missed anything. He absolutely didn't have to do that, but it showed how much they genuinely care about their work and the experience they want every customer to have when picking up their vehicle. What stood out to me the most was their humility and dedication. Another thing I really appreciated was that they never asked me to leave a review, unlike many businesses that constantly ask customers for five-star ratings to attract more business. Instead, they simply let their work speak for itself. Their honesty, communication, professionalism, and overall positive attitude naturally make customers want to recommend them. Thank you, Ji, and your brother—I think his name is John (I'm terrible with names!)—for your hard work and dedication to keeping your customers happy. I’ve been here twice now for my Mazda and have recommended Ninetailz to friends and family who have also gotten their tint here. I love how they offer a heat protectant layer.. it’s helped to keep my car much cooler this summer in addition to the tint. They even offer just the heat protectant layer by itself if you don’t want to tint all of your windows! Done within an hour. I can't express how well run this place is. Customer service was perfect. They go above and beyond and take you step by step on the process. Even went above and beyond on showing me that my car had been previously resprayed by previous owner. Something I was not aware of. Now to the work. Perfect! Beautiful work on cover my front end with PPF. Very grateful to have this shop do the work on the car I worked so hard for. Highly recommend this shop!

From them contacting my through yelp to days later I have nothing but great things to say about the experience. They answered all my questions and even showed me example of the different types and shades of the Tint. Prices were also the best and eh quality of work done was amazing. Would definitely recommended them every time and they have a returning customer.
